Printed on January 28, 1898, and in circulation until April 1914, this 1 cent Coiling Dragon stamp from China belongs to the celebrated London Print issue. The ochre-colored engraved stamp bears the iconic dragon motif and includes a yin-yang watermark (upright). It was produced by Waterlow & Sons Ltd and measures 22 x 25 mm, with perforations that vary across issues. This used example shows a sharp strike and intact design.
